Job summary

RN Care Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Contracts & Vendor Manager to oversee the Group Hospitality portfolio and drive performance across housekeeping, waste, pest control, landscaping, linen & laundry, and portering.

You will lead vendor relationships, ensure regulatory and safety compliance, monitor service quality, and contribute to budgeting and procurement to maximise value. This role focuses on building a high-performing team and delivering resilient, high-standard facilities services

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in contract management or a related field such as healthcare, hotel management, or horticulture.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, facilities management, environmental services, or healthcare support services.
• Proven experience in contract and vendor management with KPI/SLA-driven performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage Group Hospitality portfolio including housekeeping, waste management, pest control, landscaping, linen & laundry, and portering.
• Drive vendor performance to meet KPIs, service standards, and stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, audit standards, and safety regs.
• Monitor service quality and implement improvements for operational effectiveness and user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and service providers to resolve issues and close service gaps.
• Oversee contract governance, reporting, and documentation for accountability and audit readiness.
• Support budgeting, procurement, and financial management to optimize resources and value.
• Lead or participate in projects that strengthen service delivery and resilience.
• Develop a collaborative, high-performing team culture through coaching and knowledge sharing.
