Job summary

Randstad Pte. Limited seeks a Group Financial Controller to lead the global financial close and manage multi-entity consolidations across international entities and JVs. You will transform financial data into actionable management and statutory reports for the executive board and partner with stakeholders across functions.

You will mentor a high-performing team and drive governance, cross-border compliance, and strategic financial planning in a dynamic, visible leadership role.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field with professional accreditation (CA/CPA/ACCA).
• Experience in financial leadership, ideally as Regional Controller in a multi-layered org.
• Strong technical accounting and governance skills with commercial acumen.
• Hands-on in complex group-level consolidations across multiple international entities.
• Proven ability to partner with cross-functional heads and executive leadership.
• Dynamic leadership style empowering teams and fostering collaborative finance culture.
• Experience in audits, tax processes and multi-jurisdiction governance.

About The Job

Reporting to the Group CFO, you will be a hands-on leader to lead the dynamic team with the day-to-day, which will revolve around steering the global financial close and managing complex group-level consolidations across a vast matrix of international entities, subsidiaries, and Joint Ventures. You will take ownership of the end-to-end reporting cycle, transforming financial data into clear, actionable management and statutory reports for the executive board. Beyond technical controllership, you will be the finance business partner to build deep, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across all functions to guide daily operations and support their distinctly different product lines. By rolling up your sleeves, you will lead and mentor a high-performing team while navigating the intricacies of multi-currency reporting, cross-border governance, and strategic financial planning.

Skills And Experience Required

• Degree in Finance/Accounting, or related field with professional accreditation (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA).
• Relevant experience in financial leadership, ideally functioning as a Regional Controller within a complex, multi-layered organization.
• Strong technical accounting and governance skills paired with sharp commercial acumen, demonstrating a proven ability to oversee diverse product lines.
• Hands-on experience managing complex group-level consolidations, specifically dealing with multiple international entities.
• Exceptional relationship-building capabilities, with a track record of partnering effectively with cross-functional business heads, operational teams, and executive leadership.
• A dynamic leadership style focused on empowering teams, driving high performance, and fostering an inclusive, collaborative finance culture.
• Strong background in steering corporate governance, statutory compliance, and managing complex audit and tax processes across multiple jurisdictions.
