Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a driven Group Finance Manager to own end-to-end financial reporting across a multi-country environment. You will lead the Group's consolidation, Record-to-Report, and close cycles, while partnering with regional stakeholders to ensure accurate and actionable financial data.

The role requires strong IFRS expertise, ERP system proficiency, and a track record in offshore COE/SSC collaborations.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance/Accounting or related field with professional accreditation (CA/CPA/ACCA).
  • Proven track record overseeing full-cycle group finance reporting.
  • Experience with offshore COE/SSC environments desirable.
  • Strong IFRS knowledge and regional tax/regulatory familiarity.
  • Experience with ERP systems and data tools to streamline operations.
  • Excellent leadership and cross-functional stakeholder management across regions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end financial reporting, consolidation and Record-to-Report across multi-country environment.
  • Manage full month-end, quarter-end and year-end close cycles including group consolidation and equity accounting.
  • Oversee intercompany balances, reconciliations and balance sheet reviews.
  • Drive consistency in reporting practices and support finance transformation initiatives.

As they continue to scale their operations and optimize their corporate functions, they are seeking a driven and hands‑on Group Finance Manager to take ownership of the end-to‑end financial reporting life cycle, acting as a key partner to regional stakeholders while ensuring that their financial data remains robust, compliant, and actionable to support the broader strategic objectives of the business.

Reporting to the Group Finance Controller, you will take a hands‑on and independent role overseeing the Group's financial reporting, consolidation and Record-to-Report activities across a complex multi-country environment. You will manage the full month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing cycles, including group consolidation, management reporting, equity accounting, minority interests and changes in shareholdings between entities. The role requires strong technical accounting capabilities, with responsibility for double‑entry consolidation eliminations, balance sheet reviews, intercompany balances and reconciliations, while ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. You will also work closely with finance teams across markets to drive consistency in reporting and accounting practices, as well as support finance transformation and process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and scalability of the Group Finance function.

Skills and experience required
  • Degree in Finance/Accounting, or related field with professional accreditation (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA).
  • Relevant years of group finance experience, with a proven track record overseeing full-cycle financial reporting.
  • Prior experience managing, transitioning, or closely collaborating with an offshore Center of Excellence (COE) or Shared Service Center (SSC) environment would be highly desirable.
  • Strong technical proficiency in regional statutory compliance, corporate tax filing requirements, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
  • Solid hands‑on experience utilizing enterprise‑level ERP systems, coupled with a strong aptitude for leveraging financial technology and data tools to streamline operations.
  • Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive accountability across diverse geographic locations and cultures.
