ACCA Careers is recruiting for an Assistant Finance Manager to join a dynamic, infrastructure-focused group in Singapore. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will oversee daily accounting operations, manage group consolidations, and support FP&A workflows.

You will collaborate with operational leaders to translate financial data into actionable insights, drive process improvements, and optimize finance systems while ensuring compliance and tax requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance/Accounting, or related field with professional accreditation.
• Progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership responsibilities.
• Experience in capital-intensive sectors such as energy, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Hands-on proficiency with ERP systems like Dynamics 365 Business Central.

About The Job

Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, this role will be responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of day-to-day accounting operations, executing complex group consolidations, and supporting financial planning and analysis (FP&A) workflows. You will also collaborate closely with operational leaders to provide key financial insights that drive project profitability, manage compliance and tax requirements, and champion finance system optimization projects.

Skills And Experience Required

• Degree in Finance/Accounting, or related field with professional accreditation
• Relevant years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including team leadership or supervisory responsibilities
• Prior experience in capital-intensive sectors such as energy, manufacturing, engineering, or related industrial sectors
• Hands‑on proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar modern ERP systems is highly advantageous
• Strong technical skills in group consolidation, intercompany reconciliations, and complex financial analysis
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate financial data into commercial insights
• Proven track record of driving process improvement, workflow automation, and systems optimization
