Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd is recruiting for a Global Aerospace & Aviation Leader in a key Group Finance, Group Reporting role. You will own end-to-end Group Consolidation, IFRS Financial Reporting, and Management Reporting across multiple regional subsidiaries in a multinational environment.

You will drive Month-End, Quarter-End, Year-End Closing, budgeting, forecasting, and audit coordination, while advancing finance transformation, process automation, ERP enhancements, and internal control

Qualifications

• Degree or professional qualification in accountancy as a minimum requirement.
• Experience in audit, group consolidation, and financial reporting is required.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis and reporting.

About the Opportunity

• Join a Global Aerospace & Aviation Leader in a key Group Finance, Group Reporting role, responsible for end-to-end Group Consolidation, IFRS Financial Reporting, Management Reporting and Variance Analysis across multiple regional subsidiaries in a multinational environment.
• Take ownership of Month-End, Quarter-End, Year-End Closing, Budgeting & Forecasting and Audit Coordination, while driving Finance Transformation, Process Automation, ERP enhancement, and Internal Control Improvements in collaboration with regional finance teams and external auditors.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual Group Consolidation, Financial Reporting and consolidated management reports in compliance with IFRS and Group accounting policies.
• Manage Month-End, Quarter-End, and Year-End Closing activities for both Group and local trading entity reporting. Review and analyze regional subsidiaries’ Management Accounts including detailed Variance Analysis, reconciliation and reporting accuracy.
• Support Budgeting, Forecasting and Group financial planning processes across multiple business entities.
• Coordinate with regional finance teams and external auditors on Audit Deliverables, statutory reporting and financial statement preparation.
• Provide technical accounting support on IFRS standards, Group reporting requirements and finance compliance matters.
• Drive Finance Transformation, reporting automation, process improvement and internal control enhancement initiatives.

The Talent

• Degree or Professional Qualification in Accountancy.
• Min. 3 years of experience in Audit, Group Consolidation, Financial Reporting, and 2 years of experience in commercial finance environment.
• Prior Big 4 Audit experience is highly preferred, ideally with exposure to IFRS, regional reporting and consolidated financial statements.
• Highly proficient in Excel, Powerpoint for financial analysis and management reporting; experience with group reporting & ERP systems is advantageous.
• Self-driven and collaborative team player with exposure to finance transformation, system implementation, automation projects and process improvement initiatives.
