GEODIS in Singapore seeks Head of Business Controlling / Financial Controller to partner with product owners and execs, driving financial performance, ensuring robust controls, and delivering high-quality reporting across a multinational logistics network.

You will lead a team of controllers and analysts, managing month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX reviews, and audits, while coordinating with SSC and ensuring IFRS/local GAAP compliance and KPI reporting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in financial controlling, business partnering, or finance management in a multinational environment.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS / Local GAAP and performance management.
• Advanced skills in ERP and financial reporting systems.

Responsabilités

• Partner with product owners and executive management to drive financial performance.
• Oversee monthly, weekly, and annual profitability analysis by unit and lane.
• Lead month-end close and reporting with accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting cycles aligned with strategy.
• Evaluate CAPEX requests and post-investment reviews.
• Deliver ad hoc analyses and business cases for new initiatives.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and implement recommendations.
• Manage SSC relationships to ensure process efficiency and controls.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and monitor cash flow and working capital.
• Lead cross-functional strategic projects such as M&A or expansion.
