Qualificações

• Monthly closing for group entities
• Liaise with outsourced accounting firm to review accounts
• Prepare monthly group consolidation and update management reporting
• Oversee statutory financial reporting to ensure compliance with standards; liaise with auditors for audited statements and XBRL (Singapore entities)
• Liaise with tax agents and regulatory agents on tax matters

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for monthly account closing for entities in the Group
• Liaise with outsourced accounting firm and review the accounts prepared by them
• Prepare monthly group consolidation & update management reporting
• Oversee all statutory financial reporting to ensure compliance with financial reporting standards. Liaise with auditors to prepare audited financial statements and XBRL (for Singapore entities) for filing
• Liaise with tax agents and regulatory agents on tax and any other related matters.
• Other ad-hoc management & analysis report
