Job summary

ADDX is seeking a Head of Group Enterprise Risk to lead the risk function across its MAS-licensed entities. You will own the enterprise risk framework, appetite, and policy suite, and provide independent challenge on new products and outsourcing arrangements.

You will report to senior management and the Board, oversee incident management, BCM, and regulatory engagement, and collaborate with Legal, Compliance and Technology to ensure robust risk governance across the group.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in risk in financial services.
• Hands-on MAS outsourcing guidelines & intragroup arrangements.
• MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines familiarity.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and MAS inspections.
• Strong communication and influencing skills.
• Experience building or scaling a risk function in growth-stage entities.

Responsibilities

• Own the group enterprise risk management framework and appetite.
• Provide independent opinions on new products, deals and outsourcing.
• Report risks, incidents and issues to senior management and the Board.
• Oversee risk policies, BCM, incident management and crisis exercises.
• Collaborate with Legal & Compliance and Technology on risk topics.
