Job summary

TOP GLOBAL LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an experienced finance leader to manage the full spectrum of accounting and financial activities across the group. You will oversee monthly closings, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow; prepare statutory and management reports; and liaise with bankers, auditors, and authorities while guiding a team to deliver timely, accurate results.

Candidates should possess ACCA or equivalent and at least three years in a supervisory role, with strong leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accountancy or equivalent; ACCA preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in a supervisory finance role.
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting standards and statutory regulations.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead full spectrum accounting, monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Prepare statutory and management reports and review monthly statements.
• Oversee finance staff and ensure accuracy of work.
• Coordinate with bankers, auditors, tax, and regulators.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as required.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

Playing a lead role in the financial activities of the Company and its subsidiaries which include but are not limited to:

• Manage the full spectrum of general accounting and finance functions, monthly closing and reporting, project costing, budgeting and forecast, simple group consolidation accounting, cash flow management and tax submission
• Prepare statutory and management reports and provide reviews of monthly financial statements to track the company’s financial status and performance
• Oversee and reviewing works done by the finance department
• Liaise with bankers, external auditors, company secretary, tax and legal advisors and regulators
• Undertake any ad-hoc project as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a supervisory function.
• Having a minimum of 3 years audit experience would be an added advantage
• Good technical knowledge of financial reporting standards and management reporting requirements
• Good knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations
• Good analytical thought process and business acumen, able to anticipate issues and offer ideas for resolution
• Meticulous with strong leadership qualities and able to work under pressure with tight working deadlines
• A team player with strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
