Job summary

The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) invites fresh graduates to gain industry-relevant skills and experience to support entry into full-time roles in the sector.

The Commercial Leasing Traineeship in Leasing Division focuses on tenant relationship management, understanding tenants' space needs, and tenancy renewals, with opportunities to learn arrears management and landlord negotiations.

Qualifications

• Background in Real Estate, Building and Property Management, Business or Finance is preferred.
• Analytical and meticulous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
