Job summary

Singapore Land Authority (SLA) is offering a Graduate Industry Traineeship Programme (GRIT@Gov) in the Public Service. This Commercial Leasing Traineeship focuses on tenant relationship management and understanding tenants’ needs for space and rental support.

You will contribute to arrears management and tenancy renewals while learning in a fast-paced public sector environment. You will develop industry-relevant skills through hands-on experience in the Leasing Division and interact with

• Background in Real Estate, Building and Property Management, Business or Finance is preferred.
• Analytical and meticulous.
