Singapore Land Authority (SLA) is offering the GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme (GRIT@Gov) to help fresh graduates gain industry-relevant skills and employability for future full-time roles in the public service. You will support tenancy/licence management and engage with tenants, agencies, and stakeholders to advance assigned projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in tenancy/licence management, including TA and TOL processing and document preparation.
• Conduct site visits/inspections as required to support tenancy management.
• Liaise with tenants, agencies, and stakeholders on assigned cases.
• Assist in evaluating applications and proposals from tenants/licensees.
• Support other projects and related tasks within the division.

The GRaduate Industry Traineeship Programme within the Public Service (GRIT@Gov) aims to provide fresh graduates with opportunities to gain industry-relevant skills and experience that can strengthen their employability to take up full time roles in the sector.

What you will be working on

To support the division’s operations in the management of tenancies/licences, including the following:

• Process Tenancy Agreement (TA) and Temporary Occupation Licence (TOL) cases, including the preparation of relevant documents, research and gathering of information, coordination with relevant parties, and follow-up on customers’ requests and enquiries.
• Assist in evaluating applications and proposals from tenants/licensees, including gathering relevant information and conducting consultations with agencies and stakeholders.
• Conduct site visits/inspections, where required, in support of tenancy/licence management and assigned cases.
• Liaise with tenants/licensees, agencies, and other stakeholders in the course of handling assigned cases and tasks.
• Support other projects and related tasks of the division, as assigned.
