Singapore Land Authority is seeking an Assistant Manager/Manager, Tenancy, Licence and Land Management to oversee a portfolio of tenancies and licences on State land and properties. You will evaluate applications, consult with agencies, and help shape tenancy policies.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and meticulous analysis, with the ability to work independently or in a team, and to drive process improvements and IT-enabled changes.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the assigned portfolio of tenancies/licences for State land and properties.
• Evaluate applications and proposals from tenants/licensees, and consult with agencies.
• Formulate and review policies to improve tenancy/licence management outcomes.
• Conduct process reviews to streamline operations and shift processes to the technology platform.
• Maintain good relations with tenants/licensees through timely follow-ups and inquiries.
• Prepare management reports and coordinate information requests.
• Oversee IT systems: monitor timelines, perform user acceptance testing, and conduct system reviews.

[What the role is]

Assistant Manager/ Manager, Tenancy, Licence and Land Management

[What you will be working on]

• Manage the assigned portfolio of tenancies/licences, for the optimal use of State land and properties
• Evaluate applications and proposals from tenants/licensees, and conduct consultations with agencies
• Formulate and review policies to achieve desired results for better management of the tenancies/licenses
• Conduct process-reviews, so as to streamline processes and shift processes to the technological platform
• Maintain good relations with tenants/licensees, through proper follow ups on customers' requests, prompt response to enquiries, etc
• Prepare and collate management reports and coordinate and respond to requests for information
• Manage issues related to IT systems, including monitoring timelines, conducting user acceptance testing, and carrying out system reviews

• Relevant discipline in Real Estate or related studies
• Candidates with 1-2 years of working experience are welcomed to apply
