Job summary

The Japan Research Institute, Limited (Singapore Branch) is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the operation, enhancement and regional rollout of the GRC system that underpins risk management processes across APAC. You will coordinate Risk Register exercises, oversee user access and data governance, and work closely with 1st/2nd Line stakeholders to ensure smooth system performance.

Qualifications

• University graduate in Business, Information Systems, Analytics or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in GRC system implementation, administration or support.
• Hands-on experience with GRC platforms (e.g., Archer) including workflow configuration, data import and access roles, SIT/UAT execution is preferred.
• Ability to translate business requirements into system requirements and explain processes to non-technical users.
• Proactive self-starter with teamwork and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Support operation, enhancement and regional rollout of the bank’s GRC system across APAC offices.
• Coordinate risk management exercises (e.g., Risk Register) with 1st/2nd Line stakeholders.
• Assist regional rollout and system enhancements, including data governance initiatives and user training.
• Develop and maintain user guides and provide day-to-day helpdesk support to system users across APAC.
