Job summary

ECOWORKS PTE. LTD. is building a grassroots network to promote reuse infrastructure. The role focuses on designing community programmes, producing authentic social content, and growing a community of refill users through ambassadors and partnerships.

You will collaborate with residents, schools and clubs, and seek apprenticeship ties with local institutions to expand impact across station locations. The job demands on-the-ground presence and proactive community engagement.

Qualifications

• Content-native: active on IG/TikTok/FB and understands organic reach.
• Experience building real communities, not just managing a page.
• Proven ability to pitch programmes, sponsorships or partnerships and secure yes.
• Experience managing volunteers or a team with non-paid members.
• Canva-proficient; basic video editing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design grassroots programmes (workshops, drives, activations) with cost tracking to fund itself.
• Plan and produce authentic community content for social platforms.
• Build and manage a community of refill users; recruit and guide ambassadors and volunteers.
• Explore apprenticeships with local institutions and partnerships with community groups.
• Attend station activations and community events; engage with residents.
