ECOWORKS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Operations/Facilities professional to lead a small team and manage day-to-day network upkeep. The role covers coordinating refill and maintenance runs, keeping stock levels in check, and ensuring quick issue resolution across island-wide stations.

The ideal candidate has 1–4 years in operations or logistics, is well-organised, and comfortable with physical work and travel. Fresh graduates are welcome; driver license is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, logistics, facilities, or related field.
• Organised and reliable; notices issues and follows through.
• Has led or supervised people, even informally.
• Comfortable with physical work and island-wide travel.
• Calm with problems you haven't seen before, and willing to learn by doing.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and simple data.
• Bonus: Driver license (Class 3/3A) or startup exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 1-2 refill operations staff: set their schedules, train them on servicing standards, and supervise their day-to-day work.
• Coordinate refill and maintenance runs across our stations with the logistics team.
• Track station health, stock levels and faults, and make sure issues get fixed fast.
• Be the first responder when a station goes down: diagnose, fix what you can, elevate what you can't.
• Support new station rollouts: site visits, installation days, handover to residents.
• Write down how things work as we figure them out, so the next station is easier than the last.
• Produce a simple weekly report on uptime, litres per station and open issues.
• Use AI tools for scheduling, reporting and problem-solving: as a multiplier, not a novelty.
