Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Science or related discipline.
• Experience in administration, research, grants, finance, or stakeholder support is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and analytical skills; can manage multiple deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Adaptable and eager to learn.
• Proficiency with digital tools for tracking and collaboration; grant systems familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage grant matters across the lifecycle from calls to closure.
• Review budgets, utilisation, expenditure, and compliance documentation.
• Advise faculty on funder guidelines and processes.
• Coordinate with university offices, funders and external stakeholders.
• Maintain grant records, trackers and supporting documentation.
• Contribute to broader grant operations and process improvement.
