Job summary

ByteDance’s Infrastructure Engineering team in Singapore is hiring a Technical Project Manager Graduate to lead server deployment projects in hyperscale data centers. You will plan, execute, and deliver complex server deployments while coordinating with Supply Chain, DC Operations, and Development teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Proven record in technical program management, with server deployment focus.
• Experience leading multi-site data center projects and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Linux, data center facilities, Python, automation, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of complex server deployment projects within large-scale data centers, from planning to delivery.
• Develop and manage server deployment schedules, identify risks and mitigation strategies, ensuring milestones are met.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Supply Chain, Data Center Operations, and Data Center Development.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners for timely delivery and quality.
• Regularly evaluate server performance and provide strategic recommendations for improvements and capacity planning.
• Develop and refine processes for monitoring and reporting data center capacity and performance metrics.
• Promote new technologies and best practices for data center performance and sustainability.
