KordaMentha invites graduates or final-year students to join the 2026 Restructuring Graduate Program in Singapore. You’ll work on real engagements, learn from restructuring specialists, and gain hands-on experience in independent business reviews, forecasting, turnaround, and formal appointments.

You’ll be supported by mentors, buddy system, and access to structured learning via KordaMentha Business School and Accelerate program, building your professional network and client service capabilities.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or final-year student in Accounting, Commerce or Business.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a collaborative mindset.
• Motivated to deliver high-quality client service and engage in business development.

Responsibilities

• Learn and contribute to restructuring engagements for clients in distress.
• Assist with financial analyses, cash flow monitoring, and forecasting.
• Support in reports, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Attend meetings with clients and stakeholders to understand points of distress.
• Participate in mentoring, events, and structured learning programs.
