Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in Singapore is seeking penultimate-year interns in our Restructuring Practice to apply analytical skills to complex financial and operational turnaround initiatives, including insolvency contexts.

You will work with management teams, gather data, build financial models, and help prepare client deliverables using Excel, PowerPoint and Word. This internship offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture in Southeast Asia.

Qualifications

• Penultimate year Bachelor’s student in Accounting or Business.
• Excellent financial modelling and ability to analyse financial statements.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin/Bahasa Indonesia preferred.
• Strong MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team player.

Responsibilities

• Assist in insolvency and restructuring project documentation and data gathering.
• Collect, analyse and sort through large data sets for insights.
• Prepare client deliverables using Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
