Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master’s degree with above-average grades in CS / SE / IS / Data Analytics.
• Internships, research projects, hackathons, or personal projects in software engineering, automation, data analytics, or AI.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Eligibility to work in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Build delivery quality dashboards (e.g., quality gates compliance).
• Develop Jira quality checks (validators, post-functions, workflows, link rules) aligned to the software delivery lifecycle.
• Prototype/Build AI enablers: story linting, test-case generation from acceptance criteria, risk scoring from traceability signals.
