Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree in a relevant field with above-average grades in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or Data Analytics (graduation max. 12 months ago).
• Internships, research projects, hackathons, or personal projects involving software engineering, automation, data analytics, or AI.
• Passion for wealth management and a desire to create value beyond wealth.
• Global mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strong appetite for learning.
• Fluency in English with additional languages being a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build delivery quality dashboards (e.g., quality gates compliance).
• Develop Jira quality checks (validators, post-functions, workflows, link rules) aligned to software delivery lifecycle.
• Prototype/Build AI enablers: story linting, test-case generation from acceptance criteria, risk scoring from traceability signals.
