Julius Baer invites graduates to join a dynamic 18-month Graduate Programme in Singapore, starting April 2027. You will rotate across functions, gaining hands-on experience and a global network to kick-start a career in wealth management.

You’ll be part of IT Business and Risk Management, contributing to software quality, test automation and data-driven improvement across the bank’s technology landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or Data Analytics with strong grades.
• Internships, research projects, hackathons or personal projects in software engineering, automation, data analytics or AI.
• Passion for wealth management and value creation beyond wealth.

Responsibilities

• Build delivery quality dashboards (e.g., quality gates).
• Develop Jira quality checks (validators, post-functions, workflows, link rules).
• Prototype/build AI enablers: story linting, test-case generation from acceptance criteria, risk scoring from traces.
