Job summary

Julius Baer in Singapore invites fresh graduates to join its 18-month Graduate Programme starting April 2027. You will rotate through three dynamic rotations, including an international assignment, gaining hands-on experience and building a global network.

You will work with the Asia Region's Business Management team, supporting performance, strategic priorities, and contribute to initiatives that drive the business forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration; graduation max 12 months ago.
• Initial practical experience in Finance / Banking.
• Passion for wealth management and creating value.
• Global mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Japanese) are a plus; eligibility to work in Singapore.
