Julius Baer in Singapore seeks high-potential graduates for an 18-month Graduate Programme starting April 2027. You will rotate through three dynamic assignments, including an international placement, gaining hands-on experience and building a global network.

As part of Asia's Business Management team, you will support performance, work with front-office RMs, and contribute to strategic initiatives that drive the business forward.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with above-average grades in Accounting or Finance or Business Administration (graduation max. 12 months ago).
• Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and numerical attention.

Responsibilities

• Gain broad exposure to the business management function and translate strategic priorities into action.
• Collaborate with teams across markets and functions to support performance and growth.
• Develop financial analytics skills and translate numbers into insights for management.
