IM Space Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a proactive Pre-Tender Quantity Surveyor to support cost estimation, tender preparation, and project budgeting for construction and renovation works.

Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields are welcome. Training will be provided, and you will learn to read drawings, prepare BQ, and liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate pricing.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Strong understanding of construction materials and processes.
• Able to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Excel and MS Office.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Fresh graduates welcome; training provided.

Responsabilités

• Prepare pre-tender cost estimates and preliminary budgets.
• Review drawings, specifications, scope of works and tender documents.
• Take-off and quantify materials and works from drawings.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities and tender pricing schedules.
• Obtain and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Conduct cost comparison to support tender pricing.
• Assist in preparing tender submissions and pricing documents.
• Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and internal project teams to clarify pricing and scope.
• Review quotations to ensure pricing is complete and aligned with requirements.
• Maintain and update cost databases and supplier pricing records.
