Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.

• Candidates with experience in quantity surveying, administration, construction, maintenance, or M&E environments will have an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, quotations, and tender documents.
• Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Monitor project costs, variations, and claims.
• Assist in contract administration, payment certifications, and final accounts.
• Maintain quantity surveying records and project cost reports.
• Track project expenditures and ensure cost control measures are implemented.
• Prepare reports, project correspondence, and documentation.
• Maintain filing systems and project records.
• Coordinate meetings and take minutes when required.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Handle procurement documentation and purchase requests.
• Support the project team with general administrative and coordination duties.
