Job summary

ByteDance Singapore invites graduates to join the Data Management Suite as a Software Engineer. You will design and develop data integration architectures, optimize real-time services, and collaborate with teams worldwide to scale one of the world's largest data platforms.

We seek a CS/SE degree holder proficient in Java, Scala or Go, with strong foundations in algorithms and software design. Familiarity with Spark, Flink, or Kafka is a bonus, and openness to open-source collaboration is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Proficiency in Java, Scala, or Go.
• Strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
• Understanding of software design and architecture, testing and launching software products.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop the computing architecture for data integration and support delivery across business lines.
• Collaborate with partner teams across the company and globally.
• Optimize the performance and stability of real-time data integration services.
• Contribute to customization and enhancement of the Flink kernel and engage with open-source community.
