Job summary

KPMG Singapore is seeking graduates for a Graduate Associate role within the Customer Transformation and Advisory teams. You will gain exposure to enterprise system implementations, CRM platforms, and business process improvement initiatives.

You will work with experienced consultants, architects, and client stakeholders, developing core consulting, BA, and project delivery skills. The program includes structured coaching, mentoring, and certification opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated interest in technology, digital transformation, enterprise apps, and business process improvement.
• Ability to gather, document, and analyse business requirements clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements involving enterprise system implementation and CRM transformation.
• Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and user requirements.
• Create and maintain BRD, user stories, process maps, and functional specs.
• Analyse current-state processes and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Collaborate with users, technical teams, and solution architects on design.
• Develop SIT/UAT test scenarios, cases, and scripts.
• Coordinate UAT activities, defect tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Prepare training materials and knowledge transfer docs.
• Conduct user trainings and provide post-implementation support.
• Support project management activities and risk tracking.
• Build strong relationships with client and internal stakeholders.
