• Create prototypes (mockups, clickable wireframes) to illustrate experiences.
• Validate designs and experiences through market feedback.
• Gather and analyse business requirements via stakeholder interviews and user research.
• Translate needs into technical requirements with user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Support Agile development by collaborating with designers, developers, and product managers.
