Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong interest in people, workforce, and organisational transformation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated, responsive, responsible, and results-oriented
• Team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work independently to deliver tasks in a timely manner
• Resourceful, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• Demonstrated leadership experience through academic, extracurricular, internship, or work-related activities is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Conducting research, data analysis, and industry benchmarking
• Supporting project delivery, project management, and stakeholder coordination
• Preparing presentations, reports, and client-ready deliverables
• Assisting with workshops, change management, and transformation initiatives
• Contributing to workforce, organisation, talent, leadership, culture, and learning transformation projects
• Supporting proposal development and business development activities
