Job Description

At KPMG, our Customer team is at the forefront of innovation and excellence, driving impactful change for organisations worldwide. We collaborate with our colleagues within the Corporate Transformation division to deliver four key service pillars: CIO Advisory, Finance Transformation, Customer Transformation, and Org Transformation. These transformative pillars are supercharged by our Data & Analytics team, which turns raw data into actionable intelligence, and our Digital Village team, a hub of creativity where innovation and technology converge to deliver groundbreaking solutions.

We empower global clients across sectors, with a special emphasis on Financial Services, Public Sector and Healthcare & Life Sciences industries to make data-driven, customer-centric decisions that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business results. Our work revolves around designing and implementing strategies and technologies to deliver Total Experience (TX) - empowering organisations to create cohesive, outstanding experiences that resonate with their customers and drive value.

In addition to our core expertise, we are continuously exploring AI-driven solutions to help clients uncover deeper insights, deliver personalised experiences, and future-proof their customer strategies.

Role Overview

As a Business Analyst in our Customer team, you will gain exposure to:

Business Requirements & Process Analysis

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs, analyse current-state processes, and document business requirements. You will help bridge the gap between business and technology teams by translating business objectives into functional requirements and solution specifications.

Enterprise System Implementation

Support the delivery of large-scale digital and technology transformation programmes, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) covering Marketing, Sales and Service, case management, workflow, and customer engagement platforms. You will contribute throughout the implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to testing and deployment.

User Adoption & Change Enablement

Assist organisations in successfully adopting new technologies through user acceptance testing, training development, user engagement activities, and change support initiatives.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Support client engagements involving enterprise system implementation, CRM transformation, and business process improvement initiatives
  • Gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and user requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder discussions
  • Create and maintain project artefacts such as business requirements documents, user stories, process maps, functional specifications, and meeting documentation.
  • Analyse current-state business processes and identify opportunities for process enhancement, automation, and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with business users, technical teams, and solution architects to support solution design and ensure business requirements are accurately translated into system functionality.
  • Develop test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts to support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Coordinate and support UAT activities, including defect tracking, issue resolution, and stakeholder communications.
  • Prepare training materials, user guides, and knowledge transfer documentation to facilitate system adoption.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support where required.
  • Support project management activities, including action tracking, status reporting, risk identification, and project documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with both client and internal stakeholders.
With Us You Will Get The Opportunity To
  • Be involved in enterprise-wide transformation and system implementation projects across a variety of industries.
  • Gain exposure to leading CRM, customer engagement, and workflow platforms.
  • Work alongside experienced consultants, functional leads, architects, developers, and senior client stakeholders.
  • Develop core consulting, business analysis, project delivery, and stakeholder management skills through hands‑on project experience.
  • Receive structured coaching, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
  • Pursue relevant certifications in leading enterprise platforms and technologies.
  • Participate in business development activities, including market research, proposal development, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Contribute to practice-building activities and collaborate with teams across the broader Advisory practice.
The Ideal Candidate Should Possess The Following Attributes
