Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a Project Manager to partner with the GovTech onsite team, managing BAU and new digital initiatives across multiple projects. You will coordinate digital solutions, manage contracts and procurement, and drive user engagement throughout project lifecycles.

The role requires an established PM with 5+ years of experience across at least two full project lifecycles, including Agile, and strong vendor management in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Project Manager across at least two full project development life cycles, including at least one using Agile methodology.
• Strong vendor management and interpersonal skills.
• Basic organizational skills with the ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise between technical and non-technical team members.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of emerging technologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track multiple projects, maintain schedules, status updates, and reports.
• Facilitate regular cadence meetings, prepare materials, and surface challenges with proposed solutions.
• Manage contracts and support procurement activities including renewals, licences, and drafting of AORs.
• Coordinate with vendors to monitor delivery and ensure SLA compliance.
• Support change management, gather requirements, and assist MFA stakeholders.
• Ensure project compliance including monthly Access Control List reviews, security testing cadence, and audits.
