This Regulatory Compliance Operations Specialist role will deliver hands‑on operational and compliance support for Singapore market.

This position centers on managing and aligning local regulatory requirements, including recurring statutory submissions and official Requests for Information (RFIs). Operating primarily as an execution and process optimization function, this role collaborates closely with internal stakeholders across Legal, Operations, and Policy departments.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end project management across all local regulatory compliance workstreams in Singapore.


• Orchestrate and consolidate cross-functional inputs for statutory reporting metrics and periodic information inquiries (RFIs).


• Maintain and streamline compliance frameworks in joint partnership with Legal, Operations, and external-facing teams.


• Track record in project management and process orchestration, capable of balancing multiple fast‑paced regulatory deliverables simultaneously.


• Aptitude for translating intricate legal directives and regulatory frameworks into clear, actionable guidance for cross‑functional partners.


• Exceptional oral and written communication capabilities.


• Highly structured and detail‑oriented approach with strong case‑tracking and record‑keeping discipline.


• Proven autonomy in driving projects independently while maintaining close coordination across regional teams.

Qualifications & Experience
