Job summary

Dexian Asia Pacific is seeking a Singapore Compliance Operations Analyst to support dedicated compliance operations in Singapore as part of the APAC Public Policy Team.

You will coordinate regulatory obligations, including statutory reporting and RFIs, working closely with Public Policy, Legal and Operations to ensure execution and process alignment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in public policy, regulatory compliance or related roles.
• Experience with government regulators or regulatory submissions preferred.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s regulatory landscape is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job description

The Singapore Compliance Operations Analyst will provide dedicated compliance operations support in Singapore as part of the APAC Public Policy Team. The role focuses on coordinating compliance obligations across laws and regulations in Singapore, including but not limited to statutory reporting and requests for information (RFIs). This is an execution and process management role, working closely with cross-functional teams including Public Policy, Legal and Operations.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide project management support across regulatory obligations in Singapore
• Coordinate responses for statutory reporting and periodic requests for information (RFIs)
• Support compliance processes in close coordination with Legal, Operations and other teams

Skills

• Excellent project management and process coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent compliance workstreams with tight deadlines.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory legislation and directives for cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and case-tracking abilities.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively across cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in project management and tracking tools (e.g., spreadsheets, trackers).

Education/Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in public policy, regulatory compliance, or related roles, ideally within the technology sector
• Experience working with government / regulators or on regulatory submissions is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Singapore’s regulatory landscape is a significant advantage.
