Job summary

Morgan McKinley Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a regulatory compliance coordinator for a 12-month contract.

You will coordinate statutory reporting and RFIs, provide project management support across regulatory obligations, and collaborate with Legal and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent with 3+ years in public policy, regulatory compliance, or related roles, ideally in tech in Singapore.
• Experience with government/regulators or regulatory submissions preferred.
• Strong project management and coordination skills to handle multiple compliance workstreams with tight deadlines.
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory legislation for cross-functional teams.

Our client is a leading MultiTechnology Social media company. The role focuses on coordinating compliance obligations across laws and regulations in Singapore, including but not limited to statutory reporting and requests for information (RFIs). This is a 12 month contract role.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide project management support across regulatory obligations in Singapore
• Coordinate responses for statutory reporting and periodic requests for information (RFIs)

• Support compliance processes in close coordination with Legal, Operations and other teams

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent with min 3 years of experience in public policy, regulatory compliance, or related roles, ideally within the technology sector in Singapore with a strong familiarity with Singapore’s regulatory landscape is a significant advantage.
• Experience working with government / regulators or on regulatory submissions is strongly preferred
• Excellent project management and process coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent compliance workstreams with tight deadlines
• Ability to interpret complex regulatory legislation and directives for cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in project management and tracking tools (e.g., spreadsheets, trackers).
• Should have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
