Job summary

Dexian Asia Pacific is seeking a Singapore-based Compliance Operations Analyst to provide dedicated operations support within the APAC Public Policy Team. The role coordinates statutory reporting and RFIs, driving execution and process improvements across regulatory obligations in Singapore.

You will work closely with Legal, Operations and Public Policy teams to ensure timely, accurate responses and compliant processes.

Job description

The Singapore Compliance Operations Analyst will provide dedicated compliance operations support in Singapore as part of the APAC Public Policy Team. The role focuses on coordinating compliance obligations across laws and regulations in Singapore, including but not limited to statutory reporting and requests for information (RFIs). This is an execution and process management role, working closely with cross-functional teams including Public Policy, Legal and Operations.

Education/Experience

• At least 3 years of experience in public policy, regulatory compliance, or related roles, ideally within the technology sector
• Experience working with government / regulators or on regulatory submissions is strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Singapore’s regulatory landscape is a significant advantage.
