Job summary

Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Compliance Operations Analyst in Singapore on a contract basis. The role focuses on managing regulatory processes, coordinating submissions, and ensuring timely responses to compliance obligations.

You will work with Legal, Public Policy, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to track multiple regulatory workstreams, interpret applicable laws, and communicate implications to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 3+ years of regulatory compliance experience.
• Experience with government agencies/regulators preferred.
• Experience in technology sector in Singapore preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore's regulatory landscape.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate regulatory and compliance projects in Singapore.
• Coordinate statutory filings, regulatory submissions, and RFIs from government agencies and regulators.
• Work closely with Legal, Public Policy, Operations, and other cross-functional teams to ensure compliance requirements are addressed accurately and on time.
• Track multiple regulatory workstreams, deadlines, documentation, and follow-ups.
• Interpret relevant laws, regulations, and directives and communicate their implications to internal stakeholders.

The Talent

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, public policy, government affairs, regulatory operations, or a related field.
• Experience in the technology sector in Singapore is preferred.
• Experience working with government agencies/regulators or managing regulatory submissions is strongly preferred.
• Strong familiarity with Singapore's regulatory and compliance landscape is a major advantage.
