Job summary

Maestro Human Resource Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, monitor and control IT projects. You will oversee service levels, continuity, availability, incident and problem management, and maintenance activities while coordinating with stakeholders and project teams.

The role requires strong IT project background, PMP or equivalent, and ability to work in a dynamic environment with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT related field or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, executing, monitoring and controlling the Project.
• Manage Service Level Performance, Service Continuity and Availability.
• Support Incident Management, Problem Management and Routine Maintenance Management.
• Manage Obsolescence Management.
• Communicate with all stakeholders.
• Assist in managing new setups or upgrades of system/infrastructure projects.
• Support operational systems and satisfy contractual Service Level Agreements.
• Provide project documentation and reports.
• Assist in maintaining the project's financial budget.
