Job summary

MAESTRO HUMAN RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Technical Project Manager to drive IT, systems integration, cybersecurity and network infrastructure projects in Singapore. The role suits candidates with 2-3 years of project management or engineering experience seeking growth into project leadership.

You will coordinate activities across engineering teams, customers, vendors, and consultants from planning to deployment, with 5 day week @ AMK and PMP/CCNA/RHCSA advantages.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in Project Management, Systems Engineering, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or Systems Integration.
• Experience supporting infrastructure, network, software, or IT system implementation projects.
• Exposure to government, defense, aerospace, critical infrastructure, or large enterprise projects is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage project schedules, milestones, risks, issues, and action items.
• Track project deliverables and ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate project activities across internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and technology partners.
• Prepare project status reports, presentations, and management updates.
• Support project budgeting, procurement, and resource planning activities.
• Facilitate project meetings and track follow-up actions to closure.
