Job summary

OCBC Group Singapore seeks an Operational Risk Lead to drive risk management and compliance across Group O&T. The role leads risk architecture, collaborates with regional teams, and strengthens control frameworks with automated risk assessment and monitoring capabilities.

The candidate should bring 12+ years in auditing and risk management, with strong data visualization, stakeholder management and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifications

• University degree with 12+ years of experience in Auditing and Operational Risk Management.
• Experience in audits (internal/external) and regulatory inspections.
• Knowledge of risk management, data visualization and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head, R&P in the overall effective and proactive management of operational risk and controls in Group O&T.
• Drive development and implementation of automated risk assessment frameworks.
• Collaborate with O&T teams regionally to assess risk profiles and develop mitigation strategies.
• Design and implement automated risk monitoring and reporting with alerts and dashboards.
• Develop training programs on risk automations.
• Provide advisory support on control procedures for new systems and processes.
• Represent R&P in working groups to implement requirements from 2LOD and present risk findings to stakeholders.
• Conduct independent reviews and ad-hoc risk reviews as assigned.
• Report and follow up compliance issues requiring investigation.
• Support the Division in building talent-management capabilities in risk and control functions.
