Job summary

TD Securities in Singapore seeks a Manager of Governance and Controls to support the ORKI program, event management, and issue governance. You will partner with business, operations, compliance, and risk teams to identify, assess, monitor, and remediate operational risks and control weaknesses.

You will strengthen risk reporting, risk culture, and regulatory readiness, delivering dashboards and governance materials for senior management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in first-line Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk, Governance, or Financial Services Operations.
• Experience managing Operational Risk Events, Self-Identified Issues, remediation programs, or risk governance activities.
• Experience preparing risk committee materials, executive reporting, and governance updates.
• Familiarity with regulatory expectations and audit practices within banking/financial services.

Responsibilities

• Uplift the ORKI program and ensure compliance with TD Enterprise Standards and Framework.
• Coordinate annual review, refresh, and maintenance of the ORKI inventory.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of Operational Risk Events, including validation and remediation.
• Coordinate evidence collection, issue closure reviews, and governance reporting.
