The Security Supervisor will lead daily security operations, supervise Security Officers, and ensure safety for members, guests, staff and visitors, maintaining a secure environment

Responsibilities

• Lead daily security operations and oversee Security Officer deployment.
• Ensure compliance through patrols, inspections and operational checks.
• Monitor CCTV, access control and alarm systems; report faults.
• Respond to security incidents, fire, medical emergencies and accidents.
• Conduct shift briefings and coach Security Officers.
• Liaise with the outsourced security agency on manpower and performance.
• Ensure first aid kits, AEDs and emergency equipment remain serviceable.
• Maintain accurate incident reports, security records and shift handovers.
• Support Club events, traffic, access and crowd management.
• Promote professionalism, teamwork and service excellence.
