Job summary

Sanofi Tuas is seeking a Supply Chain Operations Specialist Trainee as part of a 15-month CCP. The role blends GMP-compliant sampling with hands-on warehouse and logistics duties in a greenfield facility.

You will contribute to building robust processes, sample raw materials, manage inventory, and coordinate outbound shipments while complying with GDP, GMP and ALCOA+ data integrity principles. On-the-job training and development are provided.

Qualifications

• GMP-compliant sampling operations with approved SOPs and GMP requirements.
• Experience with sampling techniques and equipment to minimise contamination.
• Accurate labeling and documentation of samples with batch numbers and dates.
• Report deviations and participate in investigations related to sampling/OCS results.

Responsibilities

• Perform sampling of raw materials following SOPs and GMP requirements.
• Label, document, and segregate samples with batch numbers and storage conditions.
• Carry out inbound/outbound material handling and logistics to manufacturing and QC labs.
• Coordinate receipt, quarantine, storage and distribution of QC samples per GDP/GMP.
