Job summary

Lonza Biologics Tuas Pte Ltd is offering a 15‑month on‑the‑job training program in Singapore Tuas. The role is fully site‑based with regular office hours (Mon–Fri) and includes daily bus transport from the MRT location to the Tuas site.

Responsibilities

Learn and apply GMP principles and SOPs in daily activities.
Support routine operations while ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
Assist with documentation, data entry, record review, and GMP documentation maintenance.
Perform basic laboratory, manufacturing, or technical tasks under supervision.
Support equipment monitoring, inspections, housekeeping, and workplace organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational objectives.
