Job summary

Sanofi Aventis Singapore Pte. Ltd in Tuas, Singapore, is seeking a Supervisor, Manufacturing to lead startup and operations for CMS or PM teams on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.

You will drive GMP compliance, train and evaluate staff, troubleshoot processes, manage batch records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement and regulatory readiness in a digitalized facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Biotechnology/Pharmaceutical.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience in Manufacturing.
• Experience with cGMP documentation and record maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead startup and operation of manufacturing areas to produce engineering and PPQ batches.
• Provide field leadership to biotechnologist teams.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Train, develop, and evaluate team members' performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support regulator inspections.
