Job summary

JLL Singapore is seeking an Engineering Lead responsible for day-to-day management, reliability, and engineering execution of hard services at a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical facility. Lead HVAC and critical utilities, ensure regulatory compliance, and KPI achievement while owning SOPs within a corporate IFM framework.

This site-based, 24/7 standby role requires strong leadership, budget oversight, audit readiness, and collaboration with regulators, clients, and vendors to protect manufacturing

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in engineering operations or facilities management.
• 3–5 years in engineering leadership or supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily site engineering operations and maintenance delivery.
• Ensure GMP/EHS compliance and KPI achievement.
• Oversee budgets, audits, and incident investigations.
• Coordinate contractors and vendors to maintain uptime.
