Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd (Healthcare & Lifescience) is seeking a warehouse/distribution specialist to uphold quality across distribution and production operations. You will follow SOPs, manage batch documents, and ensure cGMP compliance while handling materials in the Inventory Management System.

Responsibilities include receiving, putaway, picking, and accurate data uploads, with strict adherence to documentation standards and housekeeping of the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Supply Chain/Business or similar.
• Experience with cGMP documentation and SOPs.
• Ability to perform receiving, putaway, picking and distribution activities.

Responsibilities

• Uphold quality in every process of Distribution and Production operations undertaken.
• Adhere to all instructions in distribution & batch documents and SOPs.
• Complete all documentation in compliance with cGMP principles.
• Perform routine cleaning of Clinical Services equipment and packing rooms.
• Count and record materials for Clinical Trial operations and ensure proper handling.
• Report any breaches in procedure or substandard quality to supervisor.
• Receive, put away and upload details into the Inventory Management System.
• Ensure correct picking of materials for Distribution Orders.
• Perform Distribution activities in line with SOPs and instructions.
• Maintain accurate computer transactions across Distribution and Inventory systems.
• Process materials for packaging disciplines per SOPs and Production Instructions.
• Undertake packaging duties in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practice.
• Verify materials by completing all relevant documentation.
