Job summary

The GMP Group in Singapore is seeking a dependable Warehouse Operator to manage daily warehouse tasks, including receiving, checking, storing, picking and packing goods to meet delivery schedules and customer needs.

You will conduct regular stock counts, ensure inventory accuracy, inspect incoming and outgoing items for quantity and condition, and assist with stock movement, labeling, and documentation while maintaining a clean, safe environment and following company SOPs.

Qualifications

• Ability to work 5 days per week, including weekends and Public Holidays.
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work well in a team.
• Able to follow instructions and warehouse procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse operations: receiving, checking, storing, picking and packing goods.
• Prepare and arrange goods according to orders and delivery schedules.
• Conduct stock counts and ensure inventory records are accurate.
• Check incoming and outgoing goods for quantity, quality and condition.
• Load and unload goods safely when required.
• Ensure goods are properly labelled, packed and stored in designated areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse environment.
• Perform basic documentation and inventory recording.
• Assist with stock movement and other warehouse activities as assigned by the supervisor.
• Follow company safety procedures and warehouse SOPs at all times.
