AMGEN SINGAPORE MANUFACTURING PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on associate to support plant operations, troubleshoot with Manufacturing Associates, and monitor processing parameters for improvements.

You will perform solution and equipment preparation, material staging for autoclaving, washing, and sterile filtration, plus environmental monitoring in a classified cleanroom. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with related experience
• Associate's Degree with related experience
• High School Diploma with related experience
• 0-2 years of biotech/pharma experience
• Knowledge of plant operations (autoclave, parts washers) and GMP
• Commitment to cGMP and EHS compliance in clean-room operations
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Experience with analytical instruments is a plus
• Willingness to work any shift including 24/7
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and MS Office

Responsabilités

• Hands-on execution of plant operations and troubleshooting
• Monitor and analyze processing parameters for trends and improvements
• Prepare solutions and equipment
• Stage materials for autoclaving and washing
• Stage components for sterilization and washing
• Perform filter integrity testing of sterilizing filters
• Environmental monitoring in cleanroom
• Support in-process testing of production samples
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Support safety audits and regulatory compliance
• Interpret GMP guidelines and maintain documentation
• Interact with inspectors and maintain records
• Apply basic chemistry, biology, and physical principles
• Handle ergonomic and repetitive tasks safely
